• 32win fun' S925 Silver creations will receive free lifetime polishing. Customers are welcome to visit our store to experience the polishing service. 32win fun offers in-depth polishing services at a cost of 100,000VND/product. Customers are kindly requested to send their products to 32win fun for in-depth polishing at our workshop. • 32win fun' S925 Silver creations will receive a free 3-month technical warranty covering issues such as: fallen stones, lock adjustment, spring replacement, braided wire replacement, and re-attaching charms (customer must still have the charm) on leather products if problems occur. The maximum warranty period is 10 days. • Free replacement of CZ stones and synthetic stones during the product's warranty period (3 months after purchase). The maximum time for warranty stone replacement is 10 days. • For natural stones, the maximum time for warranty stone replacement is 14 days; in special cases, it may take longer. + In case of faults caused by the customer: The customer will be charged a fee for stone replacement services. Details of the fees can be found in the information below. • Resizing (adjustment, increase, decrease) will be charged according to 32win fun' price list here. • After the warranty period, from the 4th month to the end of the 12th month, products damaged during use will be repaired and warrantied for a fee, depending on the specific damage to the product. • After 12 months, 32win fun will assess the product's condition to decide whether to accept repairs (repairs will be charged). * Warranty and repair are not applicable in the following cases: • Necklaces or bracelets broken due to physical impact, or other products that are severely deformed or damaged and cannot be warrantied or repaired. • Customers providing incorrect purchase invoice information. • 32win fun does not accept warranty claims for products bought second-hand or from another person; it only applies to the original purchaser. • 32win fun does not accept warranty claims for products that have been repaired or tampered with by other service centers not affiliated with 32win fun. |

Note: 32win fun will only store warrantied products for 90 days from the date of the first notification sent to the customer for pick-up or shipping confirmation. After this period, if there is no response, the product will be disposed of according to procedure.
